This letter is a referral for Merrifield Construction, LLC who is currently engaged with us in doing several projects.
We first used Merrifield to do two bathroom rebuilds at our condominium in Salida. This entailed the removal of bathtubs and creating shower spaces. It was based on their professionalism
on this project that we decided to engage them for the landscaping project. The house we purchased a year ago had no landscaping and the pictures included show the transformation from nothing to a very attractive entry way with a fire pit, a flagstone walkway and a garden with sod, trees, shrubs, lights and a water saving sprinkler system. All our visitors are very impressed with the transformation of our property. We intend using them in the future for other projects both on construction and landscaping and have referred them to others.
During the time that Merrifield engaged with us, we had an issue with water in our crawl space and the Merrifield crew was extremely responsive to help us mitigate the issue. They went above and beyond to help us with the situation.
The owners and staff are very polite and always obliging to help.
